Sold frozen-our ready to bake empanadas are an easy and delicious hand held pie for you and your families cravings! We use local and fresh ingredients as well as make the crust from scratch. Each package included 3 empanadas.

The flaky crust is made with AP flour, butter, vegetable shortening, sugar, baking powder, apple vinegar, salt. The filling is red peppers, yellow peppers, zucchini, onions, mashed potato and cheese, achiote (food coloring) and s and p.
