Essential oils known for being anti-viral as well as anti-bacterial were carefully blended with freshly filleted aloe barbadensis leaf. Starting with 99.5% isopropyl alcohol before combining the additives, the end product contains a full 75% alcohol strength (much higher than the required 60% for effectiveness against viruses.)
