Make your own chicken broth! Each pack includes 3 backs (4-6lbs). Chicken backs are whats left after the meaty pieces are cut away. Our backs include the back, ribcage, neck and some skin. When boiled down for a long period (12-24hrs) all the nutrients and flavor from the bones are pulled into the water and transform it into an extremely healthy and nutrient dense broth that can be used for cooking soups, greens, rice.
