Woodlot raised and supplemented with only soy-free, Certified Organic feed, sea kelp and minerals, our pork is clean! We smoke but don't cure to avoid nitrates and other potentially harmful chemicals. Season well with salt, pepper, and other seasonings before cooking slowly in a 350 degree oven until fat is rendered and bacon is crisp. Delicious!
