Greetings to our Fall Line Farms & Local Roots Shoppers,

Thank you for being a member of our non-profit online farmers market. Your support for local food and producers means so much to us.

We’re writing to update you on a change we’re making to market transactions going forward. There will now be a once-per-buying cycle $2 processing fee for weeks when you place an order, effective September 10th. 

We didn’t make this decision lightly–card processing fees have increased for our organization along with the price of bags and gas. In order to continue supporting our local producers and connecting them with local shoppers like you, we had to introduce the $2 weekly fee to cover this rise in processing costs.

We remain committed to our mission of supporting local economies & agriculture and preserving rural culture in the Central Virginia Piedmont.
