SOLD CHILLED. Reminiscent of a Spanish white gazpacho, this tastes so much more than the sum of it's ingredients.It tastes clean and fresh, but also has body and a creaminess without any dairy. It is delicious topped with toasted almond flakes, or with shrimp or crabmeat for a special dinner.
Made with local cucumbers and non local green grapes, a little sweet onion, splash of orange juice, lime juice and finished with chiffonade of mint and a little basil.
