SOLD FROZEN. Middle Eastern inspired soup made from roasted local eggplants, onions, celery, garlic and vegetable stock. Jazzed up with a little lemon zest oil, harissa ( North African mild chili paste with tomato puree & garlic) and Za'atar ( thyme, sumac, toasted sesame seeds, cumin, spices). The overall flavor is a mix of silky smooth roasted smoky eggplant with a light lemony fresh flavor and a little chili heat at the end.
