SOLD FROZEN. Pork shoulder marinated in orange and lime juices, toasted cumin, oregano, garlic and olive oil, slow roasted for 8 hours and shredded/ pulled when fork tender. Then the marinade is reduced and lots of fresh mint us added and the result is a deliciously flavorful Cuban style pork with lovely citrus notes. Pair this with a side of Cuban style black beans ( sold separately)
