Freddie is the one who encouraged us to make these sweet little critters. Made from fresh Texas pecans, our own specially made chewy caramel, with a shell of either rich Milk Chocolate, or our new Dark-Dark Chocolate. Freddie calls them Turtles, and says these are the best he has ever had.
