SOLD FROZEN. Two 4 ounce salmon patties made with flaked, roasted salmon, smoked salmon, celery, herbs, panko, eggs and a little mayo to bind. Simply heat in a 350 degree for 5-8 minutes until hot (165 degrees). Do not over-cook!
