A balanced mix of our staples: broccoli, sunflower, purple/rambo radish, & mustard. The mix was crafted to offer a full spectrum of nutritional value in the concentration that only microgreens can provide (8oz is more than the recommended veggie servings for a week!). This mix is balanced & flavorful. They are best raw but can take light cooking, getting used in wraps, smoothies, pizza, soups, and omelettes. Light chopping will release even more flavor.
