Containing more blackberry than sugar, this Blackberry Syrup is amazing drizzled on pancakes/waffles/desserts, mixed in cocktails/mocktails/smoothies, and makes vibrant vinaigrettes. We steam extract our ecologically grown (beyond organic) Triple Crown Blackberries or source blackberries from Agriberry Farm in Hanover which is then combined with organic cane sugar (5:3 blackberry extract to sugar ratio) and organic lemon juice to make a divine blackberry syrup.
