Spicy and satisfying, this is my twist on a creole gumbo. Slow simmered tomatoes, onions, celery, green peppers and okra with shredded chicken, smoked turkey sausage, organic vegetable stock stock and traditional spices & herbs. Serve over jasmine rice, with a crisp salad or stir fried greens.
