First year sprouted baby ginger seed piece.  Baby ginger can be successfully grown outside in VA with the right timing!  We bought extra this year to share the growing fun with y'all!

We grow a double row in our high tunnel and hill the pieces by late July, early August with hoes.

Comes as 1 baby ginger plant in a 1 L (4x4.5" pot)
