The RANCH is cut from the cow's shoulder muscle in the chuck primal. The meat from this area is packed with beefy flavor. Ranch steaks are very lean, trimmed of almost all fat, making them a bit different than other steak options!
Our RANCH steak is typically cut around 1" thick and roughly 4-6oz! The 'Am. Wagyu' animal for this item is a 50/50 make-up of Wagyu-Angus genetics raised at our farm!
