It is known as an affordable cut, because it is often lean but still tasty! It is a staple for 'Roast Beef' & best cooked slowly (roasted or braised) and cut thinly across the grain.

This EYE ROUND ROAST will roughly be between 1.5-2 lbs! The 'American Wagyu +' animal for this item is a 75/25 genetic make-up of Japanese/Angus Wagyu genetics raised at our farm!
