Our "buckboard" bacon is a wider shape. Great for breakfast sandwiches. Our pigs are raised in the pasture and forest, with large areas to roam, and are fed supplemental grains & seeds which are soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO, and chemical-free. The pigs are organically raised & fed (the feed is tested as beyond organic, but not Certified). The farmer raises his own piglets, from farrow to finish. No vaccines or antibiotics. Spring Creek Meadows Farm is owned by an Amish regenerative farmer.
