Excellent frying pepper! Mild and tasty. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Cook peppers, turning occasionally, until they begin to blister on all sides. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately. Great little appetizer, popular with our chef customers! Makes great pickles, too.
