Our arugula is field grown and tends to be very spicy, peppery and pungent. This time of year it is nearly immaculate. Leaf size will be small, medium & large. Excellent source of Vitamins A & C, folic acid, calcium, manganese and magnesium. A good source of riboflavin, potassium, copper, iron and zinc. Make the classic Italian salad with shaved Parmesan and olive oil, or a pizza with prosciutto.
