We grow only heirloom cabbage varieties like Brunswick, All Seasons, Early Round Dutch, Late Flat Dutch and Early Jersey Wakefield. Cabbage is very nutritious and useful for fermenting. Rich in vitamins K & C, and a good source of Folate, Manganese, Vitamins A & B6, Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium. It's a cruciferous vegetable and may have anti-inflammatory properties. Good for your heart and digestion.
