Our birds are fed Amish grown all-natural, non-GMO feed for 6 weeks longer than most birds. (Truly amazing chicken flavor only begins around 11 weeks of age.)
Our birds are rotated to fresh grassland pasture regularly, adding flora and fauna to their daily diet.

They're raised without hormones or antibiotics. We humanely process the birds here on our farm, where they're packaged and frozen to lock in quality and flavor.
