Our farm grown Lemon Balm can be used to make tea, added to meat and seafood dishes for an extra pop, or used in fruit-based drinks and even cocktails. Lemon balm is commonly believed to have powerful antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also believed to benefit the heart, liver, and support healthy digestion as well as fight pain, hyperthyroidism, and insomnia. Never sprayed.
